1. Assisted the President to formulate and implement the overall strategy and business plan, realized the company's business management goals and development goals, took charge of the human resources work of the whole headquarters, organized the establishment of the company's strategic human resources management system, and provided expert advice for major personnel decisions;
2. Accept the authorization of the President and act as the acting President when the President is away;
3. Participate in decision-making on major financial, personnel and business issues of the company;
